Responsibility for processing personal data is

Who is personal data shared with?

Service providers and subcontractors: 

Your personal data will be processed by our service providers and/or subcontractors (including, but not limited to, providers of data storage services, production development companies, which are necessary to operate the website.

 

Public authorities: 

Vasik may share your personal data with public authorities (such as the police, tax authorities or other authorities) if required by law or if you have consented to us doing so. We may also share your personal information with government authorities when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate crimes, or respond to a government request. Public authorities that receive your personal data will be data controllers for such processing, which means that it is not Vasik that controls how your personal data is processed if it is shared with an authority. So if your personal data is shared with the authorities, this privacy notice will not apply to this processing.

Other third parties: 

Vasik will not sell, exchange or otherwise pass on your personal data to third parties without consent.

 

Job recruitment:

Vasik uses various recruitment platforms, i.a. for administration of the recruitment process. These use both technical and organizational security measures to secure and protect your personal data and follow the most important data protection principles in the data protection regulation. These portals only process your personal data as long as it takes to fulfill the purpose of the processing, after which they delete the data, according to applicable legislation.

 

As a job applicant at Vasik, we process the personal data that you have sent us, as well as information from others that you have consented to be contacted via your application, cf. the data protection regulation, article 6, subsection 1, letter f. We do this to be in the best possible position to assess your application and you. We will also evaluate and assess your performance and skills as a result of an interview. The legal basis for processing personal data is your application and CV sent to Vasik prior to entering into an employment contract, cf. the data protection regulation, article 6, subsection 1, letter b. We delete the personal data of all rejected applicants as soon as the recruitment process is completed. CVs can be stored for up to 6 months, unless written consent has been given for this to be stored longer. Depending on the position you are applying for, you may also be asked to send a copy of your criminal record or be asked for FE and PET approval, cf. the data protection regulation, article 6, subsection 1, letter b.

Your Rights:

You can at any given time choose to withdraw your consent regarding our processing of your personal data. You can do this by contacting us at hr-oest@vasik.dk. If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this point. Previous processing of your personal data is therefore still legitimate, as it was processed on the basis of previous consent. ​
